# How-To Steps:
01 - In a large mixing bowl, dissolve gelatin packets in boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
02 - Incorporate cold water into the gelatin mixture and stir to combine.
03 - Let the gelatin mixture cool to room temperature, approximately 20 minutes.
04 - Fold in crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges, grated carrots, cottage cheese, and walnuts if using.
05 - Pour mixture into a 6-cup gelatin mold or bundt pan, smooth the surface, cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set.
06 - Briefly dip the mold in warm water to loosen, then invert onto a serving platter.
